New Era Scouting’s 7 Round GM Mock Draft
by Eric Loomis
New Era Scouting’s message board members ran a full 7 Round Mock Draft. Here is what happened when they were given reign over the draft.
Over the past few weeks, members of the New Era Scouting message board have been participating in a mock draft to determine who could do the best job of running a draft for their team. The commentors each selected a team or two to be in charge of, and they were responsible for submitting their picks for every round from top to bottom. Dustin Schuler, AKA Titans, spearheaded the project, taking the submissions of all the picks by e-mail and posting the results to the message board. Take a look at the results below and see how the mock GM of your favorite team did.
The compensatory picks, which have not been announced by the league yet, were based on the yearly predictions of AdamJT13. He has made predictions on the compensatory picks for the past seven years, and his explanation for this years picks can be found here.
