Jacksonville needs are:
1) FS - strong safety Greene is fine, Carey is horrible
2) ILB - Morrison is FA and may go as he's not great
3) OLB - Durant is an athlete but still not NFL level, Smith is awesome
4) DE - Kampman is injured, Mincey is serviceable, Harvey is a bust
5) CB - Mathis is old and may convert to safety, Cox is okay only
6) C/G- C Meester is old, G Manuwai is injured and OT Black is bad
7) QB - Garrad is serviceable and expensive with one year left

For Detroit, without a doubt the number one need is OLB. We will be heading into next season with ZERO starters at the position. Only Levy is a true starter, and he mans the middle. After OLB, CB is a bigger need than anything on the OL. All of our lineman played admirably and, while none of them are Pro Bowlers, all of them would compete for playing time on any other team in the NFL that didn't already have a Pro Bowler. Depth on the OL is where we're hurting, so OG is hardly anywhere close to a top need.

1) OLB [x2!!]
2) CB
3) SS
4) Slot WR
5) OG/C
6) DE
7) OT
