Jeron Gouveia-Winslow: I’ve played football all my life. There’s not a more exciting atmosphere that I’ve ever experienced. I love to play the game and compete.

Jeron Gouveia-Winslow:Running out of the tunnel at Lane Stadium to an electrifying sold out crowd.

Joe Gaiter: What are the keys for someone to successfully play your position?

Jeron Gouveia-Winslow:Preparation, knowing your assignment on each play and being able to read plays, playing with passion.

Joe Gaiter: Do you have a backup plan if you don’t get drafted?

Jeron Gouveia-Winslow:Yes, I graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelors in Human Development and am interested in law enforcement.

Jeron Gouveia-Winslow:Reed Doughty of the Washington Redskins. He plays solid at safety and makes plays on multiple special teams.

Joe Gaiter: What are your biggest strengths on the field?

Jeron Gouveia-Winslow:Pre-snap awareness. Coming from depth to stuff the run. Range over the top on the pass.
