Joe Gaiter: Who is Dion Turner?
Dion Turner: Dion Turner is a person who works hard for things he wants. He is a good student and excellent athlete. He does whatever it takes to get the job done.
Joe Gaiter: How will you prove yourself on the field?
Dion Turner: I prove myself on the field by making plays and getting in some ones faces and taking them out the game by just being physical.
Joe Gaiter: What goals do you have for the NFL?
Dion Turner: I want to make it to the NFL. I want to play on Sundays. I want to be a team player and I don’t care where I go just want one of those 32 teams to give me an opportunity.
Joe Gaiter: What are some of your accomplishments?
Dion Turner: I got a full ride to a university after only playing one year of high school football my senior year. I made it out of Oakland, Ca. I made it through some tough obstacles in life that has made me stronger as a person and motivates me to better my self in life and in football. I have been first team All Conference two years in a row.
Joe Gaiter: What are your biggest strengths on the field?
Dion Turner: My speed, pressing, tackling, coverage and coming down hill to make a play in the open field.
Joe Gaiter: What is the hardest part about playing your position?
Dion Turner: Not panicking when you get beat and just trying to catch up to the wide receiver and make a play.
Joe Gaiter: How will you elevate your skills to a NFL level?
Dion Turner: I will get bigger weight wise, and get faster and take things a lot more serious because at that level everyone is good. Be in better shape.
Joe Gaiter: What will you miss the most about playing at Southern Utah University?
Dion Turner: I will miss my friend and the small environment how every one came to gather in practice and on game days.
Joe Gaiter: Who has been your biggest influence in your football career?
Dion Turner: My mother, grandparents, uncle, aunt, and brother

Dion Turner: I think that Champ Bailey and Darrelle Revis has my style of play,
