Scott Porter: What do you feel are your greatest strengths?

T.J. Heath: My greatest strenghs would have to be my ball skills and my ability to break on passes.

Scott Porter: What are your goals for the NFL?

T.J. Heath: Become established with a team, become a starter, and hopefully become a pro bowl cornerback

Scott Porter: What NFL player would you compare yourself to or one you model your game after?

T.J. Heath: I do watch some video of Nnamdi Ashomugha. I took somethings he do and kind of pieced it with my game. He is a taller cornerback just like myself so I like to watch how he uses his taller frame.

Scott Porter: What do you feel are your greatest accomplishments?

T.J. Heath: Some of my greatest accomplishments would have to be earning a scholarship to play football at the college level, becoming an All-American, and when i graduate from college, thatll top it all.

Scott Porter: What do you feel is the toughest part about playing the DB position?

T.J. Heath: The toughest part about playin the DB position is not knowing what a WR is about to do when he lines up. I think thats the enjoyment I get out of playing the DB position, but watching a lot of film an becoming familar with a WR an such helps tremendoulsy.

Scott Porter: Who has been your biggest influence throughout your college tenure?

T.J. Heath: I would say my father was my biggest influence throughout my college career. We sit down and talk whether its about life, football or whatever and he has helped me grow into the man i am today.

Scott Porter: What type of a person is an NFL team getting in T.J. Heath?

T.J. Heath: A team is gettiing a person with great character and someone who takes pride in his goals and values and knows how to care himself outside of football and not to mention a great athlete.

Scott Porter: What is something about T.J. Heath that might surprise some people?

T.J. Heath: Some things that might surprise some people is that im a musician. Ive been playing the drums for my church since i was 6 years old and i also play the piano which I picked up a few years ago.

Scott Porter: What are your hobbies off the field?

T.J. Heath: I love to fish. Every chance I get I try to get on the boat with my uncle and go fishing.

Scott Porter: What are you looking forward to the most about your oppourtunity in the NFL?

T.J. Heath: The thing im looking forward to the most is getting with an organization, getting around a great group of guys that Ill have the opportunity to play with and make my first play on the NFL level.
