Scott Porter: What do you feel are your biggest strengths?
Chykie Brown: I feel that my biggest strengths are my ability to excel in press coverage. I am very good with my arms and I have good speed.
Scott Porter: What are your goals for the NFL?
Chykie Brown: My goals are to get rookie of the year, make the Pro Bowl and win a Super Bowl.
Scott Porter: What player in the NFL reminds your of yourself?
Chykie Brown: Antonio Cromartie because of his size and athletic ability.
Scott Porter: What do you feel are your greatest accomplishments?
Chykie Brown Making it to the National Championship my Junior year versus Alabama. Another one is putting myself in the situation to compete at the next level, and starting for a big time program for three seasons.
Scott Porter: What type of a person is an NFL team getting in Chykie Brown?
Chykie Brown: They are getting a guy who doesn’t get into or cause any trouble off the field. I stay home and work on my game. I am very focused on the game.
Scott Porter: What hobbies do you have off the field?
Chykie Brown: I play madden, NBA2k. I like to cook and watch movies. I like to relax as much as I can.
Scott Porter: What will you miss most about college football?
Chykie Brown: Waking up Saturday morning and knowing that it’s about to be a crazy day. I will miss the atmosphere with the fans and students and everything that surrounds college ball.
Scott Porter: What do you feel will be the toughest adjustment from the college level to the pro level?
Chykie Brown: Probably just learning a new playbook and getting down a different system depending on where you end up. You have to learn fast and study a lot of film.
Scott Porter: Who has been your biggest influence throughout your career?
Chykie Brown: My mom and dad. I would say god and my family have been my biggest influence. They have always been there for me.
