Scott Porter: What do you feel are your biggest strengths?
Darren Evans: My vision and knowledge of the game. I’m always willing to work on the things I know I’m not good at so I can be the best I can be.
Scott Porter: What are your goals for the NFL?
Darren Evans: To start and be a productive player from the time I begin to play till the time I quit playing.
Scott Porter: What NFL player reminds you of yourself and why?
Darren Evans: Shonn Greene and Arian Foster because of vision, explosion to hole, and good inside running.
Scott Porter: What do you feel are your biggest football accomplishments?
Darren Evans: Coming from Indiana and playing at Virginia Tech and making a name for myself to at least have the opportunity to have a shot at playing.
Scott Porter: What kind of a person is an NFL team getting in you?
Darren Evans: Hard worker, humble, excited, and persistent.
Scott Porter: Who has been your biggest influence?
Darren Evans: Mom and Dad. They just raised me to be great no matter what I was doing.
Scott Porter: What will you miss most about college football?
Darren Evans: Atmosphere and fans.
Scott Porter: What do you feel will be the toughest transition from the college level to the pro level?
Darren Evans: The terminology of game and speed.
Scott Porter: What will you be doing from now until the draft to prepare yourself for your shot at the NFL?
Darren Evans: Working on combine and football drills.
