Craig Stevens: I feel that my speed; my technique by using my hands to get off blocks and shed tackles as well as my tackling ability are my biggest strengths.

Scott Porter: What will you miss most about college football?

Craig Stevens: I will miss my family atmosphere here at Auburn. Overall the college atmosphere will be missed. My teammates that I have shared everything with the last few years will be missed. I have been very close to my teammates. We grew from boys to men together here at Auburn. We went through so much together.

Scott Porter: What are your goals for the NFL?

Craig Stevens: My goals are to make it to the NFL first and become the best player I can be with hard work. I want to play at the highest level and be one of the best.

Scott Porter: What NFL player reminds you of yourself and why?

Craig Stevens: Karlos Dansby who was a LB at Auburn and now with the Miami Dolphins. A lot of people say I remind them of him because we have the same build and playing style. We both make a lot of tackles and don’t miss many tackles.

Scott Porter: What do you feel are your biggest football accomplishments?

Craig Stevens: I would say winning a National Championship this year over Oregon. It was a very special moment. Every college player wants to experience winning a National Championship and I got to experience that. It was amazing.

Scott Porter: What will you be doing from now until NFL draft time to prepare yourself for the NFL?

Scott Porter: How would you describe your style of play?

Scott Porter: Who has been your biggest influence throughout your career?

Craig Stevens: My brother influenced me a lot. He actually got me interesting in playing football. He motivated me throughout high school to be the best I could. He died my Freshmen seasons and I think about him every day. I always think about what he would tell me to do and just think about the advice he would give me. He is my drive.

Scott Porter: What hobbies do you have off the field?

Craig Stevens: I like to relax and spend with my family and friends. I also like to listen to music and watch TV. That is really about it.

Scott Porter: What type of a person is an NFL team getting in Craig Stevens?

Craig Stevens: They are getting a hard worker who comes to work every day at a high level. Once I am on that field I am giving it everything I got. I am always looking and working to get better and I make others around me better.

Scott Porter: What do you feel will be the toughest transition from the college level to the NFL level?

Craig Stevens: I would say the speed but I think the biggest difference will be the business aspect. Once you are playing at the NFL level it becomes an all business type of game. Once you find a team that wants you and will give you that chance it becomes business where as college is a bit different in that aspect.
